Do you feel like you are treading water when it comes to technology? Have no fear; the PacVet Live lifeguards will be there to help you navigate the virtual conference experience. If you have any troubles logging in to any sessions during the conference, we will have staff members available by phone to help you with the process. Want to dip your toes in the virtual conference waters ahead of time? Before the conference, you’ll receive an invitation to try out the process of logging on with one of our staff members who can answer any questions you might have. We will have you surfing the online conference wave like a pro in no time!

How to Attend PacVet Live

On the day of the webinar, locate the email(s) with your login information. If you signed up to attend sessions in both tracks in one day, you will receive two emails with separate logins for that day. Simply click the URL join link 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the session you wish to join. This will launch the Zoom program. If you will be attending all sessions offered in a single track in a day, simply log in once and remain logged in for all sessions. You can log off and log back on during the day using the same log-in link.

IMPORTANT: If you will be attending the full conference or more than one single-day of conference, you will receive separate login instructions for each day. The date and the track will be identified at the top of the email.

How to Log On

Try Out Zoom Ahead of Time

If you are new to using Zoom and would like to try it out in advance of the conference, we are offering test run sessions each Friday leading up to the conference from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM. Although it is scheduled for 30 minutes, it should only take a few minutes. To take advantage of this offer, email info@pacvet.net or call 800.655.2862 and we will send you log-in instructions.

You can be signed in to Zoom on one computer, one tablet, and one phone at a time. If you sign into an additional device while logged into another device of the same type, you will be logged out automatically on the first device.
