Small Animal Abdominal Ultrasound Intermediate/Advance Course Lecture
This course will discuss the proper techniques for small animal abdominal ultrasound as well as how to optimize images for certain organs, patient body sizes, and conformations. This discussion will also include the proper windows or techniques for more advance imaging, including assessing through the intercostal space or appropriately identifying the small bowel segments. There will also be a review and discussion of the foundations of interpretation for abnormal findings and the “spectrum of normal” for juvenile and geriatric patients.
Limited to 20 veterinarians only, must pre-register. Additional fee of $425 per registrant applies. |
