Nell Ostermeier



Dr. Ostermeier received her DVM from the University of Illinois. In 2012, she completed certification in veterinary acupuncture from the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS) and in 2013, returned to the IVAS as a teaching associate. Her role has evolved into teaching associate coordinator to small animal lab coordinator and instructor for the IVAS acupuncture course. In 2019, Dr. Ostermeier becomes one of only 27 individuals to receive a fellowship certification with the American Academy of Veterinary Acupuncture. Her mission is to promote integrative medicine as the gold standard in veterinary care and to improve work-life happiness.
