Dr. Andrea Mikolon graduated from UC Davis with a DVM degree, master’s in preventive medicine, and PhD in epidemiology. She has participated in emergency responses for Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza, Newcastle Disease, and other diseases. Currently, she serves as a veterinary epidemiologist with USDA’s Center for Epidemiology and Animal Health.
