PacVet offers TWO EXPO DAYS, including dedicated Expo hours that provide valuable face-to-face time with attendees! PacVet draws over 1,000 veterinary professionals from across the United States and internationally. The Vet Expo brings in PacVet attendees through complimentary lunches, coffee breaks, raffles, and other fun events. Your business WILL be seen at PacVet! Additionally, exhibitors are recognized in the California Veterinarian magazine, conference website, conference program, onsite guide, conference app (viewed over 22,800 times at PacVet 2025!), and other related marketing materials.

This event is particularly special to the California Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA), as we are bringing PacVet to our home of Sacramento for the first time ever! Additionally, we are launching a brand-new Association Management System (AMS) that will make it easier and smoother than ever for you to register as an exhibitor and sponsor.

Exhibitor/sponsor registration opens in four phases:

1. November 19: Open to previous year’s premier sponsors
2. November 24: Open to previous year’s exhibitors and CVMA member benefit companies
3. December 3: Open to all pre-approved exhibitors in good standing who have participated in previous PacVet conferences
4. December 8: Open to the public
