In-Person Attendee Registration and Cancellation Information

In-person advanced registration is closed.

Registration dates to remember:

  • Advance registration cut off: May 18, 2022
  • Last day to change in-person registration to virtual: April 26, 2022

To accommodate recent requests, we are extending the window for PacVet attendees to switch their participation from in-person to virtual. As such, the last day to request such a change is now 12:00 pm, Thursday, May 19 (PST). Full conference registration for veterinarians, practice managers, veterinary technicians, and veterinary staff include the following: all CE sessions, Vet Expo admission, complimentary lunches and breaks in the Vet Expo, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, hosted events, and a conference attendee bag. Labs and non-hosted events are at an additional charge. (You may purchase a flash drive with the lecture notes for $15).

One day conference registration for veterinarians, practice managers, veterinary technicians, and veterinary staff include the following for the day registered: CE sessions, continental breakfast, coffee break, and, if available that day, Vet Expo admission (Friday or Saturday), complimentary lunch, and hosted event. Labs and non-hosted events are at an additional charge.

Practice owners – help give your staff the opportunity to enjoy 4-days of dynamic CE. A different staff person can attend each of the four conference days. Build your team in a cost-effective, high-impact way. Send four staff, one each day, to the conference for less than the cost of four individual one-day registrations. All registrations must have the same work address. One of the four attendees must be designated as the primary registrant, but each registrant must fill out a separate registration form. Once you arrive at the conference, name badges must be picked up at the advance registration desk on the date of attendance.

One CVMA-member veterinarian and additional registrants from the same practice receive a 10 percent discount on their full conference registration. There must be at least three attendees from the practice to be eligible for this discount. A registration form must be filled out for each attendee. The discount applies only to full conference registration and does not include labs, symposiums, etc., which require a separate fee. Confirmation information will be mailed to the primary veterinarian.

Sponsor a veterinary or technician students’ full registration to the Pacific Veterinary Conference for only $135. Give the gift of more than 200 sessions led by well-known speakers from around the world. Full registration includes lunch in the Vet Expo Friday and Saturday, continental breakfasts (all four days), snacks, and access to all PacVet events.

You can sponsor a specific veterinary student or we can help you choose a student from Western University or UC Davis. Both Western University and UC Davis will host receptions Saturday evening where you will have the chance to get to know your sponsored student.

The Pacific Veterinary Conference offers more than 26.5 hours of technician-specific CE. Sponsor an RVT students’ full registration to the Pacific Veterinary Conference and expand their education. For more information please call the CVMA at 800.655.2862 or email

The exhibit hall only registration is limited to veterinarians, veterinary technicians, practice managers, and hospital staff who would like to attend the exhibit hall to meet with exhibitors but are not registered for PacVet 2022. This registration does not allow access to CE sessions or any other events outside the exhibit hall. The purchase of lecture notes on the flash drive is not available with this registration. This registration is not available to industry suppliers, including PacVet exhibitors.

Conference Cancellation/Refund Policy 

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted to the Pacific Veterinary Conference Meetings & Events Department no later than April 26, 2022. There will be a $50 non-refundable processing fee for all paid conference registration cancellations and a $10 non-refundable processing fee for all guest badge cancellations. For lab cancellations, a $75 non-refundable processing fee will be assessed. A full refund on lab fees will be provided by PacVet should a lab cancel due to inadequate enrollment. Refunds due will be paid no later than 45 days after the close of the conference. No refund will be issued for cancellations or registrations received after April 26, 2022. Please note that cancelling your registration does not cancel your hotel and/or travel arrangements. You are responsible for cancelling your own hotel and travel reservations.
