Dr. Neil Vezeau is a veterinarian working in food safety in Maui, Hawaii at the human-wildlife interface. Dr. Vezeau also serves as the president-elect of the National Association of Federal Veterinarians and as a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association’s (AVMA) Committee on International Veterinary Affairs. Previously, he was a project manager with the One Health Commission and founding president of the International Student One Health Alliance. Dr. Vezeau also leads research and policy efforts in One Health, veterinary education, antimicrobial resistance, and gender equity.
