About
After graduating from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Julie Breher spent almost a decade as a dairy cattle practitioner before transitioning to small animal practice and hospital ownership for almost 20 years. Most recently, she joined the County of San Diego Public Health Laboratory, where she supports the County’s One Health Epidemiology Program. Her special interests are zoonotic pathogens, maximizing efficiency, workplace culture, and teaching.
