Instead, we are hosting the CVMA’s Large Animal Medicine Seminar at Yosemite on April 10-12, 2026.

After registering for PacVet, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a “Know Before You Go” email about a week prior to the event. Keep both handy as they contain important details about what to expect at the event. Please also make sure you have not unsubscribed from the CVMA’s email list so that we can send you the information you need. Email tdeoilers@cvma.net to get signed up again or to check your subscription status.
We understand plans change. Follow the steps to process your request:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted to the Pacific Veterinary Conferences Meetings and Events Department at staff@cvma.net no later than May 14, 2026.
There will be a $50 non-refundable processing fee for all paid conference registration cancellations.
For lab cancellations, a $75 non-refundable processing fee will be assessed. A full refund on lab fees will be provided by PacVet should a lab cancel due to inadequate enrollment. Refunds due will be paid no later than 45 days after the close of the conference.
No refund will be issued for cancellations or registrations received after May 14, 2026. Please note that cancelling your registration does not cancel your hotel and/or travel arrangements. You are responsible for cancelling your own hotel and travel reservations.
