Dr. Harriet Flynn earned her veterinary degree from University College Dublin in 2017. From there, Dr. Flynn went into a 12-month equine surgical internship at Harvard University Equine Medical Institute, and then decided to pursue a career in anesthesia. She completed a three-year veterinary anesthesia and critical patient care residency at the University Of California, Davis and obtained board certification in 2021. She currently serves as an assistant professor of surgical and radiological sciences at UC Davis.

Stephen Jones, MVB, MS, DACVS (Small Animal), DECVS
Dr. Stephen Jones, a native of Ireland, graduated with honors from University College Dublin. He completed internships in Florida, followed by a combined small animal surgery residency and MS at the University of Florida. After serving as an assistant professor of small animal orthopedics at The Ohio State University, Dr. Jones worked in Park City, Utah before joining Omega Veterinary Group in San Mateo, California.
Caleb Hudson, DVM, MS, DACVS (Small Animal)
Dr. Caleb Hudson attended veterinary school at the University of Missouri. After graduation, he completed an internship and a small animal surgery residency at the University of Florida. In 2013, Dr. Hudson moved to Houston, Texas and spent the next 12 years working at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists and Nexus Veterinary Specialists. In 2025, Dr. Hudson joined Omega Veterinary Group in San Mateo, California, where he is currently employed as an orthopedic surgeon.
Elizabeth Giuliano, DVM, MS, DACVO
Dr. Elizabeth Giuliano received her DVM degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, after which she completed a small animal rotating internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York City. In 1998, she returned to the University of Wisconsin-Madison to complete a comparative ocular pathology fellowship.
Vishal Murthy, DVM, DACVIM (Neurology)
Dr. Vishal Murthy is an assistant professor of clinical neurology/neurosurgery at UC Davis. His clinical and research interests include applied neuroanatomy and biomarkers of neural function, exotic animal neurology, and neurology education.
Po-Yen Chou, BVM, MVM, MS, DACVS-SA, Fellow ACVS
Dr. Po-Yen Chou is a clinical associate professor of the orthopedic surgery service at UC Davis, where he focuses on advanced small animal orthopedic surgery, including total joint replacement, fracture repair, arthroscopy, and minimally invasive techniques.
