Dr. Phil Richmond is a practicing veterinarian and the founder/CEO of Flourishing Phoenix Veterinary Consultants, LLC. He holds multiple certifications in applied positive psychology, appreciative inquiry, workplace wellbeing, psychological health and safety, trauma-informed workplaces, resilience training, behavior change, and suicide prevention. Dr. Richmond has been awarded the Blue Buffalo Together for Pets Award, FVMA Veterinarian of the Year, the Uncharted Veterinary Community Founder’s Award, and was one of three finalists for the 2024 U.S. Bright Minds Veterinary Wellness Champion.

As a former principal member of technical staff at Sandia National Laboratories and as the One Health specialist for Ending Pandemics, Dr. McNeil brings over 20 years of experience in strengthening global health security and pandemic preparedness.

Dr. Anne Kjemtrup is a research scientist, epidemiologist, and veterinarian for the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Vector-Borne Disease Section (VBDS). She received her DVM, MPVM, and PhD degrees from UC Davis.
Megan Ouyang, DVM, MPH
Dr. Megan Ouyang earned her DVM degree from UC Davis, where her focus was large animal and wildlife/zoo medicine. She continued pursuing her studies through the Interdisciplinary MPH program at UC Berkeley.

Amy Newfield is the owner of Veterinary Team Training, which offers online medical leadership education for veterinary professionals. After starting in a rural general practice with one doctor, Amy has worked for almost every business sector, including private, corporate, non-profit, academia, and federal government.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Jessica Larson completed a small animal internship at Michigan Veterinary Specialists and a residency at Michigan State University.

Dr. Brina Lopez is the One Health veterinarian specialist for the California Department of Food & Agriculture (CDFA), where she leads cross-sector initiatives addressing animal, human, and environmental health.
