William Burke recently joined the One Health Institute as the California Veterinary Emergency Team’s new Associate Director of Planning. In this role, Will oversees CVET’s planning and readiness services. Previously, Will worked in an emergency management role at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Originally from the Atlanta area, Will is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Institute for Disaster Management and University of Georgia’s College of Public Health. He is also a Certified Emergency Manager with the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency.
